 G & S Transfer Agency, affiliated with HDC Corp., is not a broker / dealer nor does it need to be. G & S only prepares the necessary paperwork after a willing seller and willing buyer have entered into a contract for sale. G & S cannot change ownership, only the partnership personnel can do that.
